Troubleshoot - Salt Spray Chambers

Testing chamber fails to reach required temperature	Temperature have being set too low.	Reset the temperature controller.
	Overheated protector of testing chamber have being set too low.	Reset the protector.
	Malfunction of heating system.	Inform manufacturer.
	Malfunction of relay.	Inform manufacturer.
	Malfunction of controller.	Inform manufacturer.
Bubble tower fails to reach required temperature	Temperature controller have being set too low.	Reset the temperature controller.
	Overheated protector of bubble tower have being set too low.	Reset the protector.
	Malfunction of heating system.	Inform manufacturer.
	Malfunction of relay.	Inform manufacturer.
	Malfunction of controller.	Inform manufacturer.
Insufficient spray	Pressure regulator have being adjusted too low.	Raise the air pressure.
	Filter being blocked in the solution reservoir.	Clean the filter.
	Compressed air pressure have being set too low.	Raise the air pressure.
Unable to spray	Air compressor does not work.	Turn on air compressor.
	Malfunction of valve.	Inform manufacturer.
	Malfunction of pressure gauge or the pressure is too low.	Inform manufacturer.
	Malfunction of contactor.	Inform manufacturer.
	Nozzle blocked.	Take off the nozzle and clean it.
Lack Water keep alarming	Lack of water.	Fill water or check water supply.
Power supply is turned on but machine do not work	Lack of water.	Fill water or check water supply.
Temperature controller EEE error.	Controller malfunction.	Inform manufacturer
Temperature controller EEE error.	Temperature sensor malfunction.	Inform manufacturer
Too much spray	Spray adjuster have being placed too high.	Lower the adjuster.
Too much spray	Atomizing nozzle have being enlarged after been used for long time.	Replace the nozzle with a new one.
